Congratulations to NOVA and MO for reaching their first milestone in the Office Reward and Recognition Program. NOVA reached 20 and MO reached 220. All teams get to share in a reward for helping us reach more patients and families that need our care.

Employee Satisfaction Surveys
Nov 1st to Nov 30th
We are pleased to announce that we are using Pinnacle Quality Insight, an independent third party, to conduct anonymous employee satisfaction surveys using a software called Retain. You will receive an email and/or text message to participate in the semiannual, organization-wide survey to check in and see how things are going with your job.
We value your feedback and use it to improve your workplace environment.
PTO Update
We truly appreciate all of your hard work and dedication to our patients and to your role at Ascend Health. In an effort to encourage the use of earned paid time off (PTO), we are increasing the year-end carry over limit from 40 hours to 80 hours. In addition, we continue to evaluate our options related to a forced cash-out of accrued but unused PTO, as well as payment of PTO upon separation. We look forward to sharing more details with you soon.
