At Ascend Home Health, our home health aides are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care to our patients. By providing assistance with personal care, meal preparation and other daily living activities, we assist you or a loved one with maintaining a current state of health or helping aid in the treatment of illness or injury.

Personal care services including, but not limited to:

• Assisting with self-care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene and more
• Changing bed linens
• Helping with necessary household tasks, including meal preparation
• Performing simple dressing changes that don’t require the skills of a registered nurse
• Assisting with self-administered medications that do not require the skills of a registered nurse

By physician’s order, our home health aides visit you in your own home to help routine daily activities flow effortlessly. For care that requires further administration, Ascend Home Health also offers in-home nursing care services to make day-to-day life as comfortable as possible.
